CRANDELL NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Default having been made in the payment of condominium assessments to BridgePointe Condominium Owners Association by Robert C. Crandell and Donna M. Crandell pursuant to the Missouri Uniform Condominium Act ("Act"), and the “BridgePointe Condominiums Declaration of Condominium, Restrictions and By-Laws” as recorded in Book 292, Page 250 of the records of Camden County, Missouri, as may be amended (“Declaration”), the Notice of Lien recorded in Book 54, Page 763 of the records of Camden County, Missouri, the Appointment of Trustee recorded in Book 900, Page 141 of the records of Camden County, Missouri, the undersigned trustee will foreclose said lien against the following described property in Camden County, Missouri to-wit: All of Unit 411 of Bridgepointe Condominiums, a condominium according to the amended plat thereof as recorded in Book 32, Pages 33A, 33B, 33C, 33D, 33E, and 33F and Book 32, Pages 41A, 41B, 41C, and 41D, together with an undivided share of the common elements and appurtenances thereto all according to and more particularly described and shown in the “BridgePointe Condominiums Declaration of Condominium, Restrictions and By-Laws” as recorded in Book 292, Page 250 of the records of Camden County, Missouri, as may be amended.
