The Miller County Historical Society Museum will open for the season this Saturday, May 17 with a Heritage Day celebration.
The event will go from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with an old car show from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
There will also be blacksmithing, loom weaving, rope making and quilting demonstrations.
In addition, local authors will be on-hand to sign copies of their books for sale at the museum.
Finally, a ham and bean lunch with all the fixings will be available on site for $5 per person.
Due to the car show, visitors are asked to park in the courthouse parking lot.
