Lake Ozark Board of Aldermen will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 25, at the City Hall, 3162 Bagnell Dam Blvd.
Agenda items will include:
Old business
•An ordinance approving Gier Point Plat No. 1 preliminary and final plat (second reading).
•An ordinance creating sections 515.100 – 515.120 of the Code of the City of Lake Ozark (second reading).
•An ordinance approving services agreement with Quality Plumbing for replacement of approximately 500 feet of 8-inch force water main (second reading).
New business

•Presentation by Mike Otten regarding donation to the Police Departmen.
•An ordinance annexing a certain adjacent and contiguous unincorporated 25-31 area into the City of Lake Ozark (first and second readings).
•An ordinance approving a Communication Services Agreement with the City of Osage Beach (first reading).
•An ordinance providing for severance benefits for existing police dispatch employees (first reading) •Resolution No. 2023R-23 in support of the Fish Haven North Phase Three and presentation by Pete Ramsel from HRM.
•Resolution No. 2023R-24 accepting proposal from Shoreline Surveying and Engineering (Lookout Point water system addition).
•Resolution No. 2023R-25 approving an adjustment on utility account #03-0208-03 for property located at 336 Cherry Hill Lane.
•Resolution No. 2023R-26 authorizing a waiver of the connection fees and charges for Lakeshore Holdings to connect to the City of Lake Ozark sanitary sewer system.
